In addition to standard fixed rate loans for periods ranging from 10 to 30 years, we have just about every type of program you can imagine in terms of financing a home. Some of the most popular are the 80/10/10's and 80/15/5's, two programs which are still available which allow you to AVOID PRIVATE MORTGAGE INSURANCE while only putting 5 to 10% down.

We are happy to communicate by telephone or email, depending on your preference. We will also be happy to take your application over the phone if you would like to do it that way. This process typically takes 20 to 30 minutes, and can be a real time saver in the event you need to get something closed in a hurry.

We also provide small commercial financing from $100,000.00 up, on various types of office buildings, retail properties and multi-family housing.
